We enjoyed trying the juice refreshers Kale Aid and Bright Eyes. The Chinese chicken salad was a great portion. Very filling! I tried the All American burger with fries which was also delicious. I loved the tomato dipping sauce that came with the fries. I need that sauce for all of my fries from now on. Lastly the coffee was strong and went well with the chocolate chip cookie à la mode! Lots of interesting entrees that we want to try next time!

Great atmosphere and delicious food! I got the tuna poke bowl, matcha, and ice cream. The poke bowl was so good, great flavor. The matcha was not too sweet and super fresh! The ice cream was good, but I tried the vegan ice cream as well and it was coconutty, which I really liked and almost preferred!

Will and his team at true Food kitchen are truly heaven sent I’ve never had any issues at this restaurant. The food is out of this world. The atmosphere Is a total vibe I frequent true food kitchen at least twice a week. My favorite items from this restaurant is the butternut squash pizza the turkey burger with the honey roasted carrots and the butternut squash soup. I would totally recommend this restaurant. It’s healthy for you. They have a mass selection of items to choose from the refresher. Drinks are great. What Moore can I say this place is just the best.

My husband I were traveling back to Sarasota and stopped in Jacksonville for the night. I have advanced celiac so eating out is challenging to say the least. I referenced ChatGPT for celiac safe restaurants in the area, and True Food Kitchen was the #1 pick. I made a reservation on Open Table and we Uber’d there. We decided to sit at the bar to eat and that’s where we met our fabulous server, Abbey! She had the best personality and to think it was the end of her long shift too! My sweet husband explained to her the severity of my reaction to gluten and the risks of cross-contamination for me. She was very proud of the gluten-free menu offerings and the safety measures the kitchen staff takes. Abbey reassured us she would take extra special care and made both of us feel so safe. I CAN NOT explain to you how much this matters. IYKYK. Our food came and it was delicious. We started with a Brussels sprouts appetizer that had unique flavor blends and very tasty. For dinner, I had the Seasonal Market Salad and added two proteins (for leftovers!), shrimp and grilled chicken. I loved it all. This is one of my top 3 restaurants as of this posting. This place feels so good. The environment they are going for, I feel they nailed it. It's like openness, natural, modern, healthy, and clean as wrapped up in one. The staff were all super friendly. The silverware is Varick, the napkins are thick fiber, their bathrooms are stocked and clean! You can tell a lot about a place on house clean the staffs shoes & finger nails and bathroom are. The food was so scrumpditiliumptious! (DANE COOK). Their Brussels were coated in a savory sauce that I had to scoop up the crush of their sour dough pizza that was also delicious followed by their salmon which was also fantastic which was eventually followed up the their dark chocolate cake which was ALSO FANTASTIC! I bought more that I could eat. It's okay. I will later at home. True Food found really great combinations with the sauce-to-medium pairings. The meat, vegetables and desserts. They have been here since 2018 and for good reason. Amanda was our waitress. She was a bundle of pleasantries. She was super informative, helpful in explaining what foods would fit out cravings.
